Reid Feldman’s practice combines strong technical skills and a broad perspective built on his long experience in transactions and litigation.

His practice includes :

  • corporate and financial transactions, including M&A, private equity and securities offerings;
  • litigation, including arbitration;
  • insurance/reinsurance matters, involving coverage, treaties and claims;
  • advice to individuals, family offices, fiduciaries and trusts.
