Almain is continuing its expansion with two new partners

Stéphanie de Robert Hautequère and Arnaud Pince have joined the Almain partnership.
The new partners are helping Almain to broaden its existing corporate expertise with new skills and experience in stock exchange and securities law, market transactions and equity capital markets and by creating a new practice area in financial services law and asset management.
Through these two new recruitments to its teams, Almain is fulfilling its ambition to offer its French and international clients customised, multidisciplinary advice and assistance, providing a very high added value service.
Stéphanie de Robert Hautequère is providing the Firm with new expertise, skills and experience in stock exchange and securities law, market transactions and equity capital markets.
She guides and supports companies wanting to go public and advises them for the entire length of their market listing journey, with special focus on communications and market abuse prevention.
She has also acquired significant expertise and experience in public offerings and private investment in public equity transactions.
She also advises her clients on issues to do with corporate governance, executive pay and setting up free share allocation plans.
She has guided a number of companies taking on European company status.
Stéphanie was previously a partner with Fidal. She joined this firm in 2015 after working at Gide Loyrette Nouel.
She is joining Almain’s M&A / Private Equity team and will become the third partner in this department.
Called to the Paris Bar in 1999, Stéphanie is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies, School of Finance and Economics, and holds a Corporate Legal Counsel Degree (DJCE-Magistère de Juriste d’Affaires) from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas.
Stéphanie also completed an exchange programme with the University of California, Berkeley.

Arnaud Pince joined Almain as a partner to create a new financial services and asset management specialisation within the Firm.
Arnaud Pince has been developing his banking regulation and finance expertise over a period of some twenty years.
He advises and assists French and foreign financial institutions (banks, FinTech companies, management companies, investment funds, etc.).
